A: Usually our MOQ is 500 pcs. But we accept a lower quantity for your trial order.

A: Sure. We usually provide existing samples for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. The sample charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity.

A: For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. They are free. If you want your design, it takes 3-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need a printing screen, etc.

A: It takes 10-15 days for MOQ.
Q: How much is the freight charge?
A: To save cost for you and so that you can get goods earlier, we suggest delivering by express for small quantity. For large quantities, we suggest delivering by sea.
Q: What format of the file do you need if I want my design?
A: We have our professional designers. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for the mold or printing screens for you.
